Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our silicone essentials. If your order does not meet the Buberry Standard, we are here to help.

• Returns: Unused items in their original, pristine packaging can be returned within 10 days of delivery.

• Process: To initiate a return, please email info@buberrykids.com with your order number.

• Sanitation Note: Due to the hygienic nature of baby feeding products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

• Damages: If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours for an immediate replacement.
